Howard Back (Chairman / Level 1 Coach)
I have been playing table tennis since the age of 11 and am still going more than 40 years later!! Most of my playing career has been at league standard. Currently I play in the Exeter & District league in division 1. I joined ExeTT in 2003 as a player and took over as Chairman in 2004. During my time at the club I have run the ETTA Devon Juniors tournament for 4 years. In April this year, 2010, I qualified as a UKCC1 coach and have been CRB checked.

Claire Buckler (Welfare Officer)
I joined the club in 2009 along with my son Ross. I became Welfare office in 2010 and have recently completed the Safeguarding and Protecting Children course through Sports Coach UK. I enjoy participating in the games, and having coaching sessions at the club.

Mark Tregale (Club Photographer)
I was lured back to table tennis after a break of 12 years by the Exe TT open day in 2009. I suddenly remembered how much fun and exercise playing table tennis was. I played at London & Manchester for a number of years representing them in the Exeter leagues. I won a couple of tournaments (singles and doubles) at the club but by my own admission I feel that I am a better doubles player than singles. As part of my role as Press and Photography Officer I have been CRB checked.

Richard Wellington (Press Officer)
My son Matthew joined ExeTT in 2008, then aged 9 yrs old, as supportive parents Debra and myself helped organise a club open day which boosted club membership and attracted sponsorship. Over the past couple of years I have made several games and training aids for use within the club and carried out minor repairs to club equipment. This year, 2010, I have started playing within the club as I can on longer give Matthew a good game.

Martin Atkin (Junior Events Manager)
I have played table tennis since I was 10 and have been involved with ExeTT for over 10 years first as a junior player and more recently as Competitions Manager and senior player. For the majority of my playing career I have been involved with local leagues and I plan to start playing in the Exeter and District League from next season (2010/11) with a team comprised of ExeTT members. I am in the process of being CRB checked.
